Privacy Policy
Deep South Dynasty · Last updated August 18, 2026
Deep South Dynasty ("the app") is a single-player football dynasty simulation game. This policy explains what happens to your data when you use it.
Summary
We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. The app has no account system, no backend server, and no analytics or advertising services. Everything you do in the app — your roster, draft picks, season results, and settings — stays only in the app's memory on your device for that session.
What the app does not do
- It does not require sign-up, sign-in, or any personal information.
- It does not connect to the internet to send or receive gameplay data.
- It does not use analytics, crash reporting, or advertising SDKs.
- It does not access your contacts, location, camera, or microphone.
Sharing feature
The app lets you generate a shareable recap image of your season and hand it to your device's native share sheet (for example, to save it or share it via Messages, Mail, or social apps). This uses your operating system's built-in sharing tools — the image is created and shared directly from your device, and we never receive a copy of it.
Children's privacy
Because the app collects no data of any kind from anyone, it does not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
If this app's data practices ever change, this page will be updated and the "Last updated" date above will reflect the change.
